In a pot, beat together the egg yolks and 3/4 cup of sugar until thoroughly blended and the mixture turns frothy.2. Add the cinnamon stick and a grated lemon rind.3. Pour in the milk and add cornstarch. Then, remove the pot from heat immediately.4. Remove the cinnamon stick and ladle the milk mixture into 4 ramekins.5. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.6. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar on top of each crema and cara- melise using a blowtorch. Offset printing on offset paper. 80% recycled paper.Size 13x19cm
